Up to six current 5th grade students will enjoy lunch provided and time during the day with their teachers at the park. 

In bidding at Sunrise to Sunset's silent auction, I understand that Saint James School makes no warranties, express or implied, with regard to the condition, durability, maintenance, or the sustainability of any items being purchased through the auction. I agree that I will not hold Saint James School liable or seek any recourse against them in the event that items do not meet my expectations or suffer failure or breakdown. Once accepted, my winning bid is a final bid for purchase and cannot be later withdrawn.
