To celebrate and honor El Mayor’s 25th anniversary, Master Distiller Rodolfo Gonzalez has hand-selected 25 barrels to create a unique, limited edition Extra Anejo tequila. It is created by hand selected, 100% blue agave from the valley region of Jalisco and aged over industry standards for a minimum of 39 months in bourbon barrels. The result is an herbaceous, vanilla profile with dried fruit hints on the nose, followed by a well-balanced finish. Donated by Jonathan Bleiberg.
